Domestic Shipping

Australian Orders | Free Shipping on all orders over $40AUD | Delivery via regular Australia Post

Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. 

Within Australia, 10 & Co products are shipped using Australia Post, with delivery estimates between 1-10 business days, depending on your location:

Metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide: 1-10 business days

Regional VIC, NSW, S.A: 2-10 business days

Metropolitan Brisbane, Hobart, Perth: 2-10 business days

All other regional areas within Australia: 2-10 business days

All customers will receive an email when your order has been packed and shipped.

Deliveries may be subject to random customs checks and scans. 10 & Co. is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred, once an order arrives in the country of delivery. Once an item is out for delivery, you are responsible for tracking your package. If you or your customs entry port refuse a shipment, you will be held responsible for shipping charges to return the products back to 10 & Co.

Europe | Flat Rate $25AUD* | Shipping available to: France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Netherlands

Up to 500g - $25 AUD | 500g-1kg - $50 AUD | Over 1kg - $100 AUD

You will receive an email confirmation from us when you place your order. It’s important to ensure that your shipping address is correct so your 10 & Co products don’t go to someone else’s home!

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before you receive your Shipping Confirmation email, and if not, contact us ASAP before your order is dispatched. Please note that once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be redirected.

10 & Co does not ship on Victorian or Australian Public Holidays

Customer Service Policy

As a beauty brand committed to providing you with the best in natural products, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and quality organic beauty products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund.  If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Returns & refunds

We do not normally give refunds for change of mind or wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website. We do not accept returns on sale items. We regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons.

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please EMAIL US within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return.

Any items for return must be received in the original condition they were sent; i.e.labeling and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition to 10 & Co Pty Ltd, PO Box 33107, Melbourne. VICTORIA. 3004

Returns are to be received by 10 & Co within 7 days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Any applicable shipping costs will not be refunded.
